readpst JSON progress
--------------------
    readpst -J -D -o OUTPUT FILE.pst

-J exports email to mbox and writes one JSON event per stdout line.
It counts messages first, then exports them without parallel jobs.
-D includes Deleted Items; -o sets the output directory.
-J cannot be used with other output modes, -p or -P.

Examples from a PST with 10 messages, one unreadable:

{"event":"progress","total":10,"imported":1,"failed":0,"unknown":0,"attachments":0,"elapsed_seconds":0,"total_complete":true,"folder":"Inbox","subject":"PST import test 01","id":2097188,"error":""}
{"event":"error","total":10,"imported":4,"failed":1,"unknown":1,"attachments":0,"elapsed_seconds":0,"total_complete":true,"folder":"Inbox","subject":"","id":2097316,"error":"item_unreadable"}
{"event":"complete","total":10,"imported":9,"failed":1,"unknown":1,"attachments":0,"elapsed_seconds":0,"total_complete":true,"folder":"","subject":"","id":0,"error":""}

Events: counting, start, folder, progress, error, complete, fatal.

Counters are cumulative. unknown counts unreadable elements, including
folders; do not add it to failed. total includes unreadable message nodes.

total_complete is false until counting finishes or if a folder cannot be read.
id is the PST node ID; an unavailable subject is empty.

attachments counts exported attachments, including inline and generated body
attachments. A message with an unreadable attachment is discarded.

Errors: missing_descriptor, item_unreadable, attachment_unreadable,
import_aborted. Diagnostics go to stderr.
